- Family Annual Membership — (2 or more family members) $40.00
- Individual Annual Membership — $35.00
- Limited Resources Annual Membership — $1.00 or more (FCCDC will not exclude anyone based on income, so please contribute whatever is within your means at the current time and you will have individual membership status)
