Western MA Food Processing Center
Promoting economic development through entrepreneurship, providing opportunities for sustaining local agriculture, and promoting best practices for food producers, the WMFPC serves clients from as far away as California and Maine.
The PVGrows Investment Fund, Inc. (PVGIF) provides financing and technical assistance to local farm and food businesses through community investments. PVGIF offers an investment vehicle for individuals, institutions and foundations to invest in building a healthier food system. Together, we will all work to strengthen and grow the local food economy – more vibrant farm and food businesses, more local jobs, and more access to healthy food in the region.
Massachusetts Agriculture Innovation Center
The Massachusetts Agriculture Innovation Center (MAAIC) is a network of service providers that offers agriculture producers business assistance to identify and take advantage of value-added enterprise opportunities. We offer one-on-one business coaching, access to funding, and industry connections, serving as a hub linking producers with the services they need to succeed. This program serves the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Massachusetts Food Trust Program
Through Mass Food Trust Program’s business resources and financing tools, the MFTP helps launch and expand businesses that accomplish the mission. In addition to community health, businesses funded by MFTP increase economic opportunity and stimulate their local economy. This is a state-wide program, which we co-administer with the Local Enterprise Assistance Fund.
