Space for Rent

Space is available for rent at the Franklin County CDC, consisting of one main office area, 364 square feet, and a secondary warehouse space, 995 square feet, with additional storage loft space.

The space has a private entrance from the parking lot and comes with four parking spaces and the use of the Venture Center’s common areas (kitchen, break area, restrooms, and conference room, copier). About the Venture Center

In 1989 the Franklin County CDC purchased and renovated a 36,000 sq. ft. industrial building that it now operates as a small business incubator. The Venture Center provides a mix of light industrial and office space along with office equipment and other resources for start-up and growing businesses. The facility is centrally located in Greenfield, MA, one mile from downtown and within two miles of both Route 2 and Interstate 91. This is an ideal way for businesses to keep their capital costs lower during their early years of operation. When our rental spaces are occupied we work to match up people needing space with rental space in the area.
