The Franklin County Community Development Corporation (FCCDC) is a nonprofit community economic development organization based in Greenfield, Massachusetts. We believe a strong local economy builds community and benefits everyone and are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive workplace. We work to weave racial justice work into everything we do, as we help entrepreneurs and business owners at every stage—from assistance writing a business plan to flexible financing and connections to resources. Our work with farms and food entrepreneurs strengthens the food system. This work creates opportunities and employment for low- and moderate-income residents throughout western Massachusetts. The FCCDC employs 20 hardworking staffers and has an operating budget of $3.9 million and assets of $12.8 million.
