This free 1 1/2 hour session informs people interested in going into business or taking a hobby to the next level. If you are interested in using the Food Processing Center, this is your first step! Topics include:

*The importance of developing a business plan
*Tour of the Food Processing Center
*Information about starting a food business.

Business Plan Training
Explore Going Into Business
This 4 session class covers the essential parts of creating a business plan including: creating a mission statement, compiling market research, determining appropriate pricing, and developing financial statements for decision making. Participants will become familiar with business planning, available resources moving a business idea forward.
